This started out sensible but became more of a rant half-way through.
Biden and Trump are both uniquely corrupt individuals who have committed bad acts if not indictable crimes over their lives. The hate for either one is justified on that basis. It is hypocritical to criticize one but not the other also.
Obama was the first celebrity president that poisoned the political discussion well with meme presence. Romney was a literal religious saint compared to either of the others, but he was cast as a crude man. Trump didn't start that ad hominem chain, he only continued it.
The bible and also Hinduism warn against quarrelling over politics, so I prefer not to argue long with individuals who can't speak in terms of discrete details and actions as opposed to all-or-nothing arguments like "Trump is the worst". Arguing with them doesn't solve the issues or change their minds.
I've found that the best way to convert people on the left is to use their terminology. Tell them that mass immigration from Mexico only benefits rich white people in America. Which is a fact, rich business owners love cheap labor. It only exacerbates the wealth inequality of our society.
Also, if you are having medical cost issues in this country, I recommend calling the hospital's billing department and offer to pay 33% of the cost upfront in cash. Most hospitals jack up prices so that insurers will cover a slightly higher cost. The hospital will almost always accept values approaching 40-50% of the actual bill.
That also is a funny point that you make. Biden is literally the best the Democrats have to offer at this point. They need new blood but they have no "manly men" among them to actually carry it out. Obama and Hillary were the last two.
