Not so certain about that. Sure there was a general lack of gorilla warfare, but when you look at the old publications, people have not changed, inharent selfishness, smearing of rivals. There's an American History podcast I enjoy that delves into some.

The guy is so wound up over Twitter that he cant contain himself in session at his job. They interacted the day before and the guy ran to the internet afterwards to say he will fight him any time any place. The politician runs a successful business and obviously doesn’t care if he leaves office. I’m with him 100%. Politics needs more men who act like men.

Who cares, be the bigger person and be stoic. You're an elected public official in your work place where you absolutely know nothing is going to transpire and so you can act like as big of a man you want because you know nothing is going to happen. I can't think of less manly actions to be honest.

It's like oh let's fight when you know your boys are going to hold you back so you can say don't hold me back bro don't hold me back.

It's the most childish shit and that's coming from your elected officials at work.
