Always. Every city is. Is it even worse after an influx of poverished people? Of course, as is typical with any country that lends aid to extremely poverished people by bringing people in. I'm not saying if it's good or bad to lend aid in that fashion, but regardless Paris like any other city was shit before.

Unless you're a lover of buildings and crowds and city hum. To each their own. I think it's cesspool of vanity.

Its just an opinion though, obviously there's lots of loves for the cities and things that come with it, also the obvious fact that employment exists and I am thankful for that since it prevents people from spreading all over areas I enjoy living.

Regardless, despite your clear stance on mass immigration, some countries will just do better off their geography as well. Singapore owes its success to that. With more global shipping happening than anytime in history it can only benefit further.

I don't disagree that immigration requires planning and mass immigration without one will lead to immediate decline, perhaps not long term if rectified but certainly immediate and short-term, often a price to pay when dealing with such things it just happens that not everyone would agree with paying such a price.
