No way, i posted homelessness wiki chart, it didn't increase (decrease so since population is increasing) in the last 13 years before 2020.
But the proverty probably increased after covid crisis i don't have the sources, i don't know if it will fix itself even partially soon enough.
When i say reporting & perception probably increased, it's very important. Ignored.

You may find your own sources and not accusing me to make something bad "AGAIN" ... Wtf lol
Goomshill Cherry-picked George Floyd’s Death & Minneapolis is, for me, invalid and very, very, sad. (Police could have decided to let the crime go, to over-report, or to stop patrols in whole areas)

So hypothetical crime increase, linked with defund the police or the existence of black people ?
This topic seriously.

Here I'll quote it since you illiterate

"The poverty rate in the U.S. has risen dramatically in the year since pandemic benefits ran out — and the child poverty rate has more than doubled, according to U.S. Census Bureau's annual data on poverty, income and health insurance released Tuesday."

"Median household income fell by 2.3% last year, to $74,580. Lower-income workers saw the largest wage gains, but those were outpaced by record inflation."

Ive never heard of such crimes increasing before in cities like Los Angeles, San francisco, Las vegas.
homeless population growing in almost all these cities. Who is to blame?
Is it because of the current president 2020? Anti-police? Defund police movements?

Homelessness usually follows decades of false policies, just like problems with skilled workers (education went wrong 20years ago). You're just seeing/dealing with the fruits of those developments. That also means it's going to become much worse before it gets better again.

You are the only illiterate here. Median household income is decreasing since decades anyway. People (op) are taling about "crime" then "homelessness"... I am losing my time, it's bullshit discussion.

Great article, look like democrats have a plan...

The perception of crime and its reporting very certainly increased.
The perception of homeless very certainly increased too, but the increase itself is false: seems its even decreasing since global population is increasing while numbers stay the same.
