I chose 75 based on my personal experience: life expectancy increased in last decades and this is only a simple safe-guard measure to stop "dinosaurs" like said, other measures are possible but much more difficult to implement ("iq" & related tests). I am thinking about Ronald Reagan: he got elected at 69 and started to show symptoms around 78 (more or less)
Yet this limit could be a variable like the average life expectancy: meaning it would be like 79 years for women and 74 years for men, in US.
People concerned: any candidate elected or running for a seat voted by more than... Let's say 50k people.
