Long overdue we cast away racist Affirmative Action ideology. Huge win for the people. The rehtoric against it is illogical at best and despicable at worst.

The majority has a well defined theory for how government operates. The legislative writes laws, the executive enforces law, and the judiciary interprets the law to ensure that it is applied in the manner it was written. The dissenting justices don't appear to have a legal theory outside of a view of themselves as super-legislators with the power to rewrite any law they personally disagree with.
