I think this is pretty tough, as it appears that Thomas and Crow are legitimately friends and so I can understand a world in which this is different than what the law tries to cover/prevent. At the same time, it is also understandable that this would be concerning to many Americans. I can't envision a resignation coming from this.

I don't think this is particularly tough.

At every level below the supreme court even the appearance of corruption is treated as a violation. For some reason the supreme court is held to a lower standard despite being the most important court in the world.

While not technically illegal, it's a blatant violation of judicial ethics, obvious corruption, and a clear abuse of his office worthy of impeachment.

if the supreme courts were worse they would have found, for ex., - kyle to be guilty for defending himself vs a mob of unruly thugs that the police allowed to attack. they did not.

I agree with that concern, but is that a critique of Thomas or of the lack of ethical standards within the system? Perhaps it is a bit of both.

It's not a question of minding. Soros openly funds half of the far left DAs in this country. And given the abject failure of those policies, of course people mind. It's a question of whether or not they think that's a crime.

I think ethical standards are sexy. I don't think all of the ethical standards that you hold are sexy though.

Seems that Ocasio=Cortez is asking for Thomas to be impeached.
