That is very much the point, she committed the actual crime being alleged by the prosecutors going after Trump, in the same election, which has been long since proven and indeed she was fined by the FEC just last year.
The fact that these prosecutors are trying to describe Trump's non-crime as the same thing Hillary did, is farcical. Especially considering they're hinging their felony conspiracy allegation on the same 'legal expenses' designation that Hillary infamously used to launder the money through Perkins Coie

In a sane world, neither of them would be charged with a crime, because campaign finance law has long since established that 1) what Trump did is legal and 2) what Hillary did gets you a slap on the wrist fine.
Ilhan Omar had a similar scandal from the same election, where she illegally used unreported campaign funds on a legal expense.... to dig up tax filings pertaining to her marriage to her own brother. She was fined $300 + reimbursement. Hillary got like $120,000 in fines. Trump was never fined, because again, what he did was legal.

The facts of this case have been known for something like 5 years now, dealing with an election from 6.5 years ago, and an affair from like 17 fucking years ago at this point.
