Pfizer spoke person coming out in eu parliament with vaccine never being tested for spread prevention is also not an actual scientist talking to other scientists. But its still a legitimate information which no1 came out to correct

So post the underlying work unless your contention is we should take every congressional investigation's claims as fact without evaluating the underlying evidence.



Yes this would be how vaccine clinical trials work but go on. Here's the original paper for the Pfizer vaccine trial. https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/nejmoa2034577 Find me where they say they tested for transmission/spread.

They didn't test it.
But reason most young people got vaccinated was to prevent the spread cos that was the narrative.
"it stops with you", "do it for the elderly", etc.
What was the condition to fly international flights?
1. Show vaccine proof cos that means you dont have covid and cant spread the virus
Or
2. Show negative test cos that means you dont have covid and cant spread the virus
Except that 1. was a fabricated lie supported in media by pfizer disregarding them never having an official statement saying YES or NO to spread efficency

At the time the vaccines came out, they did well to stem person-to-person transmission (See here: https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/nejmoa2116597) , again citing actual sources instead of "Muh fefes". You can't blame the vaccine companies for making a vaccine against a variant only to lose efficacy as the virus evolves. Do you rage that your flu vaccine from 2010 is ineffective now? Transmission was never planned, it wasn't designed for it, it wasn't tested for it prior to release of vaccine. It's the thing that sold it.

They are literally stating their initial trial did not set up for transmission testing. Other researchers looked after the fact. Sorry scientists try to be precise in their language.
