For example, if you have a peanut allergy you have to be very careful about what you eat. Products that may not seem to contain nuts may have been produced in close proximity to them. This does not seem to be a problem particular to ghost kitchens.
how exactly is the system already safe when even in the video, those ghost kitchens will get one restaurant approved, then run 8+ different types of other restaurants alongside it that did not have to go thru that process, the food then would be in close proximity, potentially contaminating it, all of this under the radar
you didnt watch the video i understand its a youtube content creator and you probably dont care, but that specific point was addressed in the video, so your argument doesnt hold up
