In your mind and according to your logic: If someone claimed they were 16 instead of 15, wouldn't that skirt the law that was repealed and there would be "no checks" whatsoever when hiring children?
Are you under the impression that the section of the law that was repealed was the only restriction on child labor and verification of age? or are there many other state and federal laws that still exist which make your claims wrong?
