but ofc. have you already forgotten how he put all his political opponents into fema camps, took americans' guns away, and destroyed the flourishing economy that bush handed him over?

brainwashed libtard!

It's weird how utterly out of touch with reality some people can be. Worrying even as it seems it's become somewhat epidemic over the last couple of years or so.

I'm sure there weren't this many nutters 5 years ago. Or if there were they weren't so vocal about it. One mental conspiracy theorist gets elected president and suddenly they're all crawling out of the woodwork.

Really think there is something to the whole 'erosion of truth' idea.

'Trying to systematically destroy the USA'. That's actually what you believe? Obama was intentionally, consciously trying to destroy the US?

Yeah, I believe that. He was a very smart man, but when we look back with an unjaundiced eye, things don't look so good in the light of day.

I mean the guy was actually grooming... Hillary?
He passed Obamacare w/o first getting the necessary funding for it.
He pulled all but a token few military out of every hot spot in the world. Like everyone is all of a sudden gonna... play fair?

Here's an article I just saw today. it tells me that trumps tax plan IS have desired effects, though not always in salary.

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-healthcare-employers-insight/fed-up-with-rising-costs-big-u-s-firms-dig-into-healthcare-idUSKBN1J70ZZ

This says to me, that there are feasible solutions to rising healthcare costs, w/o passing laws that drain the govt. of money (w/o approval).
It seems some of the larger companies are doing some decent things with their tax breaks.

After 8 years of Obama, the ONLY thing he accomplished, and I'm still not sure it was a smart move, was the banking fiasco early in his 1st term.

I mean we can debate whether his presidency was a net positive for the US or not but... That he was intentionally trying to destroy the USA is a ridiculous and frankly idiotic claim.

Uhh didn't he greatly benifits US auto makers and sign the Dodd frank. Believe the money sink that was the Iraq war ended and even starting to push for health care reform isn't a bad thing.

I think there is truth to this statement. People have always held unfounded beliefs, but Trump has really emboldened anti-intellectualism in America.

Additionally, the internet provides people with an easily accessible and endless supply of confirmation bias and communities of others to agree with.

The anti-vaccination movement wouldn't be nearly as large or prominent without Facebook, for example.

Overall, I'd say that the internet has done far more good for humanity than harm, but we are experiencing some growing pains.

Glenn Beck mainstreamed the light beer version before Jones was boosted from it which combined with technology gave Trump so much power

it's a destructive spinoff of dorks like me that listened to art bell and loved Sasquatch and alien sightings with x-files government conspiracies

but like a horror movie somewhere along the line the fun was taken over by a dangerous and manipulative cult
