You said you want black families restored... there's a lot of black men in prison for non-violent crimes. I rather those men not be in jail as long so they can actually contribute to the economy and their families.

g7 is probably the best way to burn hundreds of millions of taxpayer money for nothing

Many of them left their families a long time before they were ever in jail. Most were never married to begin with. Not all but most
