This isn't a liberal/conservative issue... the Koch brothers' political organization supports CJ reform. Jared Kushner is working on it in the White House. Marco Rubio talked about it on the campaign trail. Jeff Sessions agreed to a compromise when he was in the senate.

Maybe you're just shitposting, but there's so many conservative justifications for it, whether it be individual liberty, fiscal sanity, keeping families together, etc.
