As long as armed authority consistently are not held accountable for abuse and killing by the government that commands them we have the same problem we've always had it just doesn't have the same scenery while it's happening

BTW, the Ellis Island Award is not given out for "patriotism, tolerance, brotherhood and diversity". It's given out to individuals for achievements in their own fields. Parks got hers for her achievements as a black civil rights activist. Trump got his for being a real estate developer of German descent.
