i'm fine with peddling reptillian overlord conspiracies, even the dumb ones where they say kid actors didn't actually die. but selling snakeoil in 2018 that just has a placebo effect is over the line for me.

45,000 corpses can't be wrong.
The doctor does not have to refuse to treat, the patient just has to know he will be bankrupted and ruin his family if he gets treatment.
I know to a libertarian this is the free market at work and you get a little harder every time some one dies for being poor though so whatever floats your boat i guess.

Single payer solves the issue.

doctors don't refuse to help someone due to health insurance. this doesn't get any more simple
