His suit needs help. But yeah, he hunches over his phone to a rather extreme.

Edit: Page 79 therefore:

Day 9 (including jury selection) of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, livestream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STlOy99RWk0
Panel of lawyers who're all currently convinced of Kyle's innocence commenting. Note however that anything done well or poorly by defense and prosecution commented on. They're a good panel, even given their bias.
Note also that lawyers pop in and out of the stream all day, and several of the lawyers were certain of Kyle's guilt when the trial started, it's the evidence presented in the trial itself that has swayed their opinion to not guilty.

I am not affiliated with the channel, streamers, or case in any way. I simply encourage everyone to watch the trial for themselves, as opposed to getting sucked into fake news (from either side).

i like the stream, but 7+ people is too many and holy fuck do they circle jerk on bad jokes lol.

also a bit odd that they're entertaining the use of deadly force to protect property narrative, when its not Kyle's property. i dont imagine that exception for force is transferable from a business owner to a militia without at least a professional contract agreement. also dont really seem relevant, as no one Kyle included did use deadly force to protect property. the entire argument for Kyle is self defense. small note anyhow.

Your use of the term militia has already been successfully disputed in the case. Kyle is not affiliated with any militia.

Regarding use of force to protect property, it is indeed a strange talking point, given that has no relation to this case. Either Kyle was within his rights of self-defense, as all three people he shot were actively attacking him, or he committed murder.

I recommend the legal panel feed simply because you get to see both the trial, and have legal commentary from a panel of lawyers. It provides a legal perspective not offered anywhere else. It also prevents the "drag time" the PBS feed has, as they fill the "drag time" (breaks, lunch, etc.) with their analysis.

militia has both legal consequence and colloquial use. Kyle was in a militia that night, not legally, but realistically a group of armed individuals loosely coordinating around a common goal is a militia colloquially.

the restriction of it is due to political and other legal implications, which i dont object to. i dont think the jury should have been bombarded with the term as they have been with the phrase "ar 15 semiautomatic rifle".

The trial is a disaster from both points of view. Binger is straight up retarded. The lack of objections and the questionable witnesses the defense called is concerning. I liked that we got to see Mr. Rittenhouse testify, but I think that too was a bad move.

Ultimately it's up to the jury...

I think Mr. Rittenhouse is innocent. Hope he gets acquitted, or the judge calls a mistrial w/ prejudice.

I'm absolutely mind blown when I listen to people saying he's guilty. I often wonder if they watched the videos, or now the trial, or hell, maybe even highlights of the trial. Two minds looking af the same footage, but somehow a bunch of you fail to see the obvious.

self defense.

I think there are doubtless people who if on the jury would be instantly biased against anyone they perceive as a "militia" member and willing to convict them regardless of the facts of the case, but at the same time, I think that bias would be overwhelming and exist regardless of whether they heard the term mentioned in the trial at all, not at all, or bombarding them. They already identified Rittenhouse as their white supremacist boogeyman before the trial started.
