It's a pretty difficult line to walk because you have to acknowledge that race exists in a societal framework, and has real consequences. You have to be supportive of societal-caused differences and the effect on people, but not heighten the effect or single a group out.

I hope I'm never in the position of an administrator having to walk that line.

Its a pretty easy choice for college admins. Appease and collect semester tuition.
