You can never be 100% secure if the hardware is accessible for people to temper it. That is literally IT Infrastructure 101

But the video also explains that they indeed have a safe guard. So I am not sure what your point is.

Merely possessing those documents when unauthorized is criminal (and as a FPOTUS, he is no longer authorized, unless given said permission by the current POTUS). And under the law TFG himself signed in 2018, it's a felony.
