Disagree. It's just more welcome from women than it is from men, and more socially acceptable for men to take the locker room talk into the public.
I think it's more socially acceptable for women to take locker room talk into the public than men. If a man and a woman each made a crude sexual joke at work, I think the man would be more likely to get in trouble. There's a lower threshold for men (less socially acceptable).
Additionally, I think that are men are not only more likely to engage in crude sexual conversation than women but are also more likely to act upon their ideas. Men are more sexually aggressive than women.

Bahahhahahahahahahhaa
So young, so naive
The idea that women and men think about sex at the same frequency was simply wishful thinking on the part of mid-20th Century male psychologists.
Men think more about sex than women. Men also seek out sex more often than women.
