Yeah I had seen that one. What it means is that ppl in high population dense area's ppl in the US have a way better time than ppl in China. Overall, an average US citizen is almost producing 3x as much carbon dioxide emissions as the average Chinese citizen. And they are in the Climate agreement, where... not specifically want the Us here.. But you are not.

Its really not hard to walk through the argument- per capita is a poor representation of the global emissions when china is by far the #1 polluter in the world because of its overpopulation
using population metrics to excuse china's emissions is like using quran verses to excuse islamic terrorism

- china have the power to change its pollution because of a centralized authority, and has prooved it already.
- china is not "by far" the first polluter, especially when we consider they are producing for others alot of material/manufactured products and is as good than european when it's per capita.
- china population is about to decrease massively in next decades

- usa pollution per capita is an insult to humanity, your people are simply UNABLE to regulate it properly, even worse, you are going backward.

Well if it kills you, it won't be a great loss. You can't even add or read. Look at the pic above. China is putting twice as many kilotons of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.... period.
You can count it however you want, doesn't change the numbers.
