Germany

are the most prominent but Canada, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Australia have also voiced that opinion in some form. That's just off the top of my head.
Let me ask you a question. Is being respected an important thing for you? Given the fact that most of the world thinks of Trump as a joke, do you think that's someone we should have as our Head of State and leader?
It is my opinion that the Head of State and Chief Diplomat are two important roles of the president. They are the voice and face of our nation. We need someone the rest of the world doesn't laugh at - whether you agree with the laughing or not.
Another reason is because we have no idea what Trump will actually do in office. He says one thing, but he has flip-flopped on a multitude of issues in just the 10 months he has been campaigning.
He is a true populist, and says and does what he thinks his GOP base wants, and that can be problematic. You need someone that can make tough decisions and not just pander to what is most popular at the time.
Lots of political fringe on the up-and-up have endorsed Trump more or less worldwide.
Geert Wilders, Marine Le Pen, Jean-Marie Le Pen, Nigel Farage, Dugin, Pushkin, pretty much anybody in any right wing, anti-immigration or nationalist group you can think of. I don't doubt PEGIDA is all about the Trumpening.

If the Saudis don't want to meet our leader it says we are walking the morally superior road
I'm perfectly ok with not being buddy buddy with an outdated primitively monarchy
The Saudis already know there's basically nothing they can't get away with, so they just left the President at the airport to rub his nose in it.
