Her defamation case was also dismissed voluntarily, you missed that.
That's not indicative of her being innocent of either, it means something felt strongly enough to bring charges in both cases and then gave up before it could progress.
That's also the most normal outcome for such cases involving a whackjob. Most aren't going to press through to get a conviction, most people would just be happy if they agree to fuck off.

Swetnick is old news. NYT couldn’t independently verify and porn lawyer wouldnt make her available for comment/interview. there is now +1 accuser since that one hasn’t ended Kavanaugh with immediate effect
