Whenever Democrats talk about a subject in the media these days, 90% of them rely on their base not knowing any basic info about said subject. Whether its gun control, money policy, or supposed race issues.

Shaun King is the perfect example. The only thing that matters to them is repetition and reach. They think they can change the nominal values of truth by repeating a story that may or may not have anything to do with the news event at hand.

Even ones that used to stick to facts have been joining the anecdotal bandwagon like O'Malley.

Hence why we have all died in the apocalypse four times since 2016.

isnt it actually really simple? there is intellectual potential steered by genetics, and there is the manifested intellectual capability. the latter is the only thing we can somewhat reliably measure, but it of course depends on the environment and the stimuli someone is living in and grew up with.
someone who grew up in a deprived neighborhood, went to crowded shitty schools and spent his afternoons in front of trash tv, will stay further from his intellectual potential than someone who went to a good school and spent his afternoons with piano lessons.

therefore, to answer the question if there are genetically caused differences between the intellectual potential of different ethnicities, we would have to disentangle the genetical and the environmental/cultural effects on the measured IQ test results.

thus, the fact that, for example, blacks score lower averages on IQ tests than whites doesnt allow the conclusion that "blacks are born dumber than whites" unless further testing and research is conducted. nonetheless, this doesnt devalue the IQ test results, they still suggest that blacks currently have, on average, a lower callable intellectual ability. and for a company hiring someone, that's more important and tangible than some opaque sense of "mniorities having greater untapped potential".
