This ‘spy’ idea is the stupidest thing I think I’ve ever heard.

Why in the fuck would any agency plant a mole in the Trump campaign when just leaking that Trump / the campaign was under investigation would do significantly more damage?

Why would LBJ spy on Barry Goldwater or Nixon? Why would Nixon spy on the DNC? Why would Reagan spy on Carter?


And I've said it a hundred times and I'll say it again, if the FBI/CIA had said they were investigating Trump back in 2016, it wouldn't have just 'not hurt Trump', it would have backfired badly and hurt Hillary. It would have justified every conspiracy theory of the red hats and immediately turned the narrative into 'Democrats are spying on Trump'.



If anyone tried to weaponize the fact Trump's campaign was being spied upon, yet presented no actual evidence of wrongdoing, then there's no way it could do anything but cause an immediate furor and backlash to his advantage.

If Trump is guity by censoring followers, than Twitter is guilty by their treatment of conservatives. Its called legal precedent

You can express conservative views fine. Just not when they're also racist, homophobic or otherwise aggressively discriminatory.
It's a shame there's such a crossover to be honest. Half of conservative ideology is just not acceptable in the modern world.

I agree, but the terrible interpretation of the facts usually are racist. Like how you put so much importance on iq measurements without understanding the measurement.
