your world Ahmaud Arbery was not on tape stealing from construction sites and the court case proved the McMichaels just wanted to go hunt some black’uns. It in no way, shape, or form came down to a judge refusing to translate Georgia law on lawful citizens arrest and left it to the jury to decide.
Also in
your world the Chauven trial focused on how he was a white supremacist cop who just wanted to go out and hunt some black’uns. It didn’t acknowledge how an excess use of force led to an unfortunate death. It definitely didn’t have witnesses on the stand saying everything he did that day was actually well within reason according to the Minneapolis police department protocol.

Meanwhile, here on earth… The Rittenhouse trial proved literally everything (I am not exaggerating. Literally everything) the media said was fabricated. He did not (OMG!!!!!) cross state lines (OMG!!!!!) with a rifle to go hunt blacks. He didn’t kill any blacks. He worked in Wisconsin. His father lives in Kenosha. He was lawfully possessing the rifle. He was providing medical treatment for rioters. He was not the aggressor in any confrontation leading up to gunshots. He acted lawfully in self defense.
Everything in this paragraph is a fact proven in court. Everything in this paragraph directly conflicts the media narrative. Your dilutions do not change the facts.
Meanwhile, here on earth… The Arbery case was a disaster of fabrication in itself. There was absolutely zero evidence brought to the jury about the McMichaels intending on hunting some black guy for sport, as the media portrayed. It was a clear cut case of deciding whether they attempted a legal citizens arrest or not. That was it. There was no evidence of racism. There was video evidence of Arbery stealing from construction sites in the neighborhood. The police had asked the neighbors to watch for Arbery, and showed them all the video of him stealing so they knew what he looked like. He returned to the neighborhood as he did several times before, likely to case or steal more things. The McMichaels knew the law allowed them to perform a citizens arrest without witnessing a crime because the crime was a felony. The case came down to ambiguous language in the actual statute explaining how a citizens arrest can be lawful. This is all despite the fact that Arbery, again on video, charged the McMichaels and struggled for their shotgun.
Meanwhile… here on earth…
The Chauven trial’s prosecution never once accused racial bias. This was a very straightforward case focusing on whether or not he acted in accordance with protocol. Again, witnesses actually testified he
did indeed follow correct protocol, and was authorized to use more force than he did. There was zero chance there would have been anything but a guilty verdict given the situation, but the court case was very straightforward.
I am sorry you are unable to cope with reality. Everything I said is a fact. Feel free to watch the court cases.
