Nope. Freedom has lines that stop when you fuck with someone else freedom. Firearms do....weed doesn't.

I agree that one's freedom must not hinder another's freedom.

Your argument is flawed however. Smoking has had studies done that show the effects of 2nd and 3rd hand smoke. If an adult uses their freedom to smoke around say their child they are directly hindering their child's freedom.

automatic weapons are banned, not a 2a violation.
