Cognitive dissonance at work here I see.
There are a few major differences between the Polio vaccine and the Covid-19 vaccine.
First of all, the Polio vaccine did not have a political agenda attached to it.
Secondly, the Polio vaccine actually worked while the Covid-19 vaccine is mildly effective at best (but with a host of potentially serious side-effects)
Third, effective alternative treatments to Covid actually exist such as Ivermectin, but have been deliberately suppressed by the same people pushing the vaccine.
Therefore comparing the two is not a good strategy. If Neil Young can't realize that then it means he hasn't done his research and quite frankly, is just another entitled douche that thinks anybody who doesn't give in to the combination of fear-mongering and propaganda that we're seeing should be silenced like we live in a fascist dictatorship.
It isn't cognitive dissonance, it's a vaccine, preventative medicine is better than treating preventable diseases, this is free association and rules of supply and demand. It isn't a strategy these are facts and basic principles. Capitalism has winners and losers and we will see how it plays out.
You can use ivermectin and the vaccine they are not mutually exclusive like you present it. You're being deceptive here.
Neil young and people leaving a music platform selling their music because they host a show that sells misinformation about life saving vaccines isn't living in a fascist dictatorship, that is histrionics man . Forcing Neil young to sell music on spotify would be worse but I respect the Bill of Rights and you aren't on this issue.
Democracy is the marketplace of ideas. Anti vaccine is a really stupid platform during an actual pandemic.
Covid only has a political agenda because we had Donald Trump in office lol. He is divider in chief. He undermined his own experts out of ego. The way smart people around him looked at him when he was speaking....lol.
