What do you mean "how does he have a platform"? He owns a conservative news outlet. Quite literally owns. He has a platform because he built the platform, and enough people disagree with your opinion that he's made himself a millionaire in doing so.

What a strange question.

Ben Shapiro is incredibly quick and intelligent. I disagree with him on many points, on others I agree, as with most people. But questioning how he has a platform says you probably should do a quick google search of him.

By definition a no-knock warrant allows police to enter without seeking permission or identifying themselves. Hence the "No-knock" in the description of the warrant.

There's a TON of people (myself included) who have massive issue with the use of no-knock warrants in any but the most extreme cases. But yeah, it's literally in the name of the warrant, and does not vary by jurisdiction that I can tell.

I literally mean his voice is too annoying to listen to.

Brandon Tatum also has the police report. Which includes phonecall transcripts between inmates talking about Kenneth Walker having Taylor's brain matter on his clothes (since he shot from behind her, and she got hit by all the bullets).

Link to report. (Make sure to click the read more options on the page)

Ah, my bad. Yeah, that's fair. I just make sure to turn the volume down enough that it's less piercing.

And regarding Taylor's apartment being a "soft target"... That classification and the resulting decision quite literally cost her her life and nearly cost an officer's life as well.

As I said, very poor decision on behalf of police in how they carried out the warrant.

It's also possible that if they would have immediately rammed the door, and entered, they actually might have saved Breonnas life considering it may have not given Walker time to get a gun ready and positioned.

The police just served what I'm assuming is a pretty normal warrant here.
Knock, announce, if no answer, breach. Which is what they did.

Correct. It's honestly a case for negligence leading to death against the police, so I'm kind of surprised the media hasn't run with it.

On the flipside, the media is incredibly against no-knock warrants in the first place, so I think they feel they can't address the one issue because of the other, but I'd say 2 things can be true at once. And no matter how distasteful they may find a no-knock warrant, they're typically used specifically because it's the safest way to handle the scenario, and least likely to lead to excessive force. As long as they're going to be continued to be issue, they should be acted on in good faith, which this one clearly was not.

Meh. Suffice it to say, I agree with you. But I don't think anything is going to come from that angle of it.

I agree. It's obviously a tragedy all around. Taylor got killed over it, and a cop almost died from it as well considering he got hit in, what I heard was his femoral artery.

Yeah so an internal conversation that got leaked.

Gotta say, whoever leaked it is pretty much a lowlife. We all talk shit like that in private between coworkers. I don't really blame cops for saying stuff like that amongst themselves -- sounds like a vent session.

Great way to rattle the mob even more now.

Good for her! Glad Hallahan calls it as she sees it.

First: Antifa ARE lowlifes.

Second: I do not believe she was attempting to insult service or retail personnel.

Hope they simply come back with, "Our officers are assaulted, threatened, and killed on a daily basis attempting to insure your safety. If it bothers you that Officers are internally encouraged not to respond to baiting from lowlife Antifa scum, eat a fucking dick."
