FFS, he apparently included five pages of Breitbart comments in his court filings (I'd like to see a link to the actual affidavits and filings to verify, but this is just dumb, if true).

its calculated, not to win the short term vacatted seat in the lawsuit, but to paint himself as a fighter so he wins the next election with an actual full term. whomever is funding him, imo crowdsourced campaign funding from alt right sources, sees the breitbart comments section and gets a massive boner.
