Why should people be rewarded for having children?  When resources are a concern and the population is quickly growing I doubt we should be encouraging people to have children.  Also, if global warming is a threat the best way to slow it down would be to encourage people NOT to have children.

Let's take a look at neo-conservatism:

1. You don't like abortion.
2. You don't want gay people WHO CANNOT PHYSICALLY HAVE CHILDREN to be able to adopt.

What do you propose we do to all of these kids who would give anything to have a stable family?  A bigger point, if these gay people were born this way then wouldn't you say it was god's will?
