• He was arrested with other confirmed and convicted MS13 members, with drugs and thousands in cash, wearing MS13 colors, something they would not tolerate and would kill him for if he wasn't a member in good standing

• His wife's ex-husband swore he was a gang member in custody filings, saying he feared for his two kids being near him
  
• His wife said he beat her and got a restraining order
  
• His knuckle tattoos make sense as a coded MS13 and make no sense in any other context
  
• His wife had the foreknowledge to purposefully censor his knuckle tattoos out of pictures of them together, specifically removing those tattoos and nothing else

Now I don't know about you, but while I have also been stopped by state patrol once in my life while on a 3 day cross country voyage from the border under suspicion, I didn't have 7 illegal aliens from el salvador in my vehicle, tell the cops a fake story about commuting to work and I sure wasn't driving a vehicle owned by a human trafficker gang member that was already in their system as being used for the gang enterprise crime garcia was obvious committing.

Everyone has to get due process. That is the process you are due, not the process you want or imagine. You do not get to request a full jury trial for a parking ticket, you can't scream star chambers when a cop asks you to roll down your window.
Criminal, civil and immigration courts follow a different standard of process in a rapidly descending order. The only requirement for an immigration court is to establish that you don't have legal status. You don't get a presumption of innocence or right to face your accuser or any such protections, you aren't accused of a crime or subject to deprivation of life or liberty or property. A person being deported isn't losing anything, they never had the right to be here and the executive is merely facilitating their removal. You don't have the right to be in my house, I don't need a trial to show you the door.

The only thing the government is supposed to need to show is that garcia is an illegal alien. Just present evidence establishing it, which they did. Because the court was insane, they also needed to present evidence that his asylum claim is invalid, which they did by showing him to be an MS13 member.

He did not have an asylum claim, did you forget all the facts of the case by now? He was illegal and could have been deported at any time, just not to El Salvador - deporting him to El Salvador after due process clarified that is not following due process.

He made an asylum claim before the court, that is why the presented the evidence he was MS13 in the first place. And why the asylum claim was denied. The same court then granted a withholding order on the basis that he faces violence from Barrio 18
