whos trump going to blame when he loses? his own party?

idk you tell me

I don't vote so I just think it's funny how everyone get's so excited to cast a "useless vote" once every 4 years?

If you can rattle off 5-10 things in your next post about how any "POTUS" impacted your life in a positive way I'd love to hear it.

Whats crazy is how everyone on the right knew Jan 6 was a big deal in real time, but then realized there was no political blowback for pretending otherwise.

if you dont vote/dont care, why all the animosity?
most (if not all) of the changes that have positively impacted me were made at the state level. im extremely lucky to live in a state that gives a shit about its residents

the one big negative change thats happened in my life was Obamacare, insurance premiums are taking up more of my income than they should by 2-3x. thats really a bipartisan problem though, almost every single sitting member of Congress is beholden to big pharma/health insurance corporations

I vote locally only within my county because that's where I've lived my whole life. Everything has gotten better overall but taxes have gone up(understandably). If you are living in an area with good access to public schools, low crime, and things such as nature trails, libraries, sports complexes, etc. you won't have any complaints I sure don't. I go to the village hall meetings on Thursdays and it's nice because everyone comes together despite "democrat/republican" affiliation. I know this cannot be done on the federal level and it's "dreaming" to think otherwise. I try to have control over what's being done within 30 miles of me not "What's going on in DC". Lobbyist run DC and have for a long time as you stated(Pharma/Military/Tech/etc.)

Obamacare sucked for everyone in Illinois too. One of Obama's biggest blunders imo but it's an issue that will likely never be "resolved" only "modified".

Except for everyone that can finally afford healthcare. If it really sucked that bad then the GOP wouldn't have failed multiple times to repeal it. Just because it didn't benefit you doesn't mean it is a blunder.

Obamacare was an absolute disaster. People in the gap threatened with $400 fines. People who previously could afford coverage saw their premiums jump double digits in just a year. The actual portal to enroll was very expensive hot garbage. There is absolutely better implementations that could have happened, but we got Obamafailcare.

Edit: Trump actually helped all health care consumers with his order to be able to get a damn quote on upcoming medical services.

Maybe blunder was a bad word to use. What I was getting at is that he and his administration failed to realize what everyone in America knows. "Free Healthcare for everyone" actually means the people who can afford it pay more and the people who can't get it for free. No logic in that. Same thing with "Free college". Free college for people who can't afford it but the hard working dad who makes good money has to pay for his kids college tuition in full. Here's a personal example.

My cousin was salutatorian of his high school graduating class and because my uncle makes a lot of money he didn't get jack shit when my cousin decided to go away to college. Now their neighbors on the other hand who own a multi-million dollar landscaping business their kid got a "full ride" because they had a "Hispanic" last name.

Another personal example was the fact that I got a 31 on my ACT and didn't get accepted into the University of Illinois but my mom whose a nurse her co-worker whose "African American" her son got an 18 on his and he got in and got a ton of money. Tell me how that was fair to me? Also I should add my parents don't make a lot of money so at the time it was a big deal.

"Fair" doesn't exist anymore in this liberal shit show we now all live in.

edit: True story my cousin was the 2nd smartest kid in his highschool graduating class and he worked his ass off to get there but by the time senior year came around they "REMOVED" "Class ranks" because it "hurt peoples feelings". How fuckin pathetic is that? While most high schoolers could care less about their "rank" they removed it entirely so my cousin never got the honor he deserved. Bet if he was anything other then white they would've swayed the whole world for em'
