Some people get medicine and some people don't it all depends if there's a biological basis for their problems. If I was treating somebody like you I would assume it was just all personality and not try to prescribe anything. There's no pill to cure a shitty personality.

We both know if your job revolved around root problems and coping mechanisms instead of feigning empathy and labeling people with disorders your job wouldnt be a multi billion dollar industry
