perhaps because at it's core the disagreement is money versus lives. any time it boils down to that people on the lives side get mad at the people on the money side. its a common theme permeating US politics. immigration, healthcare, welfare, urban development, criminal justice, etc.

it's rare we get an issue like the Iraq war where money and lives are on the same side, and common sense is on the other.

um.. yea people get pissed when some % of the population are fact deniers science denier etc. and their BS put's more of us at risk.
How do you feel about the 5G crowd? There are 100s of thousands of people that think this is caused by the implementation of 5G.
They make your life less safe.. This "everything is fine" because we're america is really no different than the 5G crowds as there is no proof to support the argument or facts.
