Sure, human history was filled with nothing but peacefulness, decency and rainbows until those dastardly Europeans invented looting and pillaging. And the fact that some pillaged shitholes were able to pull themselves out of poverty while others failed to do so - that's just a coincidence and has nothing to do with the culture of these respective countries, right?
"the culture". how do you type that, press "add reply", and not immediately implode from ignorance?
amuse us, what aspect of a "culture" allows a country to pull itself out of poverty, while another country, that has been exploited in a similar way, fails to do so because of its shitty "culture"? do you have ANY examples to support this claim? i mean, obvious dog whistle is obvious, but i want to see you try to pretzel this into an actual "argument", lol.
regarding your other "point": ofc countries all over the world have been shitty / brutal / exploitative throughout history - but literally
no one is suggesting that everything was rainbows before european nations, and eventually their north american descendants, ruled the world. literally
no one is suggesting they have a monopoly on that attitude. however, it'd be dishonest to ignore the fact that the time of their hegemony coincided with an era in which it was logistically and technologically feasible to crank up said exploitation to a global level, and extract basically every valuable resource (including the population) from practically every region in the world. and so they did. like no one else before. acknowledging that is just being honest about history, it does not mean you're implying "the european" is therefore more evil by nature, or anything along those lines, it just truthfully recognises that a large portion of our wealth, a main reason for its current distribution globally is based on centuries of massive exploitation. how dishonest or fragile would you have to be not to acknowledge such basic facts of history?
