I can't post the pics here, but yesterday I saw bunches of pics (Ukraine I think), where they were taping looters face first to large poles (like telephone poles) with their pants pulled down.
In some, there was people spanking them with sticks and belts, etc. On top of that... it's really cold there, right now.
