F BI has entered the chat

The convivted child molester threw something at him then lunged/ charged him and got shot.
The convicted domestic abuser with a skateboard got shot after trucking him with a skateboard.
The convicted felony burglar got his arm blown off trying to pull a 9mm on him.

This all started with kyle putting out a fire in a dumpster with an extinguisher, bald child molester asked him why he did it and got mad and started a scene.

Kyle will get unlawfully carrying a firearm underage, maybe some state shit involving crossing lines not sure on that one.
Having a gun illegally doesn't negate your right to defend yourself. These are 2 different things, by law.

If you go to a riot armed it looks like you're looking for am excuse to shoot somebody which negates the self defense claim.

Prosecution is going to argue he went there with intention to use the gun amd defense is going to argue he went there to help and was armed for his own safety. Itll be up to the jury which is more likely.

Intention to use the gun will be moved aside by his trigger finger.
Only pulling it at times of immediate threat or being harmed already.

He could have opened fire on everyone there, that's what people want to think he was doing.

As I said, it will be up to the jury who will hear all the evidence.

I err on the side of Kyle being a dumb kid with okay intentions, but its not up to me.

It was fucking dumb, but I think the defense has an easy job of showing his trigger was only pulled when he was in danger.
He had some incredible discipline all things set aside of him being a dumbass.

If he had shot one time outside the threat windows he'd be fucked completely.

But if the prosecution has something the public hasnt seen yet it could change. All it takes is one facebook messenger saying "lets shoot protesters".

I don't know anything about kyles character so I have no idea of thats a possibility.
