Got ya. Yeah I have no idea if there's that significant of a pronounced difference between men and women's brains at a competitive level in comparison to body development that translates into physical performance. It is mental performance that drastically different. No idea.
I have always seen various things suggesting males and females are better at certain questions depending on what part of the brain it uses, but I would assume most competitions have a mix of questions that mitigate these advantages. That being said again I have no idea how big the difference is.
Also this still seems like the best solution:
Let males transitioning to females play with males and females transitioning to males play with males since males are the dominant force. Everyone's included.
The only ones who potentially lose out are the males who are transitioning to females, but they still get to play, and you haven't pissed off the female athletes. Seems like the best compromise imo. It angers the absolute smallest group possible and everyone still gets to play.
