I'm kind of in "wait and see" mode on this story. The story is suspect for a bunch of reasons, but now that legitimate journalists are digging we'll soon know more. Even assuming that the email material is accurate, which it very well may be, I don't see how it's substantively different from what we already knew. Hunter Biden has drug problems, he got a position at Burisma because of his last name, and Joe Biden helped force Shokin out as part of a multilateral Western effort. Whether Biden brushed up against some Burisma executives isn't that big of a story.
The Trump cult has been so starved for scandals with Biden that they're now pretending this is a bombshell. It's not anything close to one. Trump's closing argument being one not focused on eliminating COVID, immigration, trade, or the economy, but the rich and powerful(and their privileged offspring) using their influence to make money is insanely hypocritical and ridiculous. This is a narrative that works on people who already hate Biden and love Trump.
Btw, the cultists here wouldn't even entertain a story like this on Trump if the source of it was so insanely discredited(a Trump cult computer repair guy who thinks Seth Rich got killed by Hillary's minions) and Trump's nutty, alcoholic lawyer who works with people who get sanctioned by the U.S. treasury for being Russian agents.
