I do understand your point. But I think the all inclusiveness of this bill is just so we won't have to make another bill when transplant becomes possible. Maybe not in our lifetimes, but maybe 60 years from now.
Or maybe some doc with his license revoked will make a drug that can "cause" an ectopic pregnancy. I dunno some vaso-constrictor that only works on fallopian tubes.

Like I said before, I think the "intent" here is to outlaw abortions, not to crucify doctors.

By those two standards I would be against the bill.

ohio seems to be america's saudi-arabia. first they introduce a bill that lets students answer questions based on religious beliefs rather than science, and now they seem to let lawmakers do the same with abortion. christian fundamentalists at work...

Transgenderism is part of that first category and not part of second. Opposition is based on gender roles being some sort of natural law or non socially constructed reality. Being bigoted against transgenderism is like being racist or homophobic in other ways. Difference is only time.

Opposition to granting people special rights and privileges based on arbitrary, made up gender identities can, but does not have to, come from relgious or 'natural law' type of arguments.
Neither does opposition to biological males entering female sports contests and destroying the biologically female competition. Nor does opposition to persons with a penis having access to female locker rooms or toilets.
One really doesnt have to be a religious nutjob to reject these things.
