Agreed there. I avoid cryptos like the plague. Id honestly feel like a bandit if I made money off of it

The trick there is that the other people THOUGHT they were getting a good deal when they traded with you

My new thing is buying properties from broken marriages, i have real estate agents looking for these kind of sales for me.
A guy trying to get away from his overbearing ex will take almost any offer, then a nice renovation and a cool render and resell at massive profit.
The one i am looking to buy atm is up for $225,000 but i reckon they will take $180,000 for it.
