The concept makes sense, force businesses to spend money on meeting pollution regulations. They simply can't continue to operate, thus China, which has no such regulations can increase exports.

What I mean with that is, Trump can literally just do things in debates like say plain and simple "wrong" and that just sounds stupid, yet obviously it worked. So the pattern now becomes a meme that Trump supports use.



And if you think about it, just saying "wrong" leaves nothing open for discussion, it just ends the topic. Politics have been doing it (pun not intended) wrong for thousands of years. Instead of arguing a point and trying to spin things....just say "wrong"
