You don't get what is truth.
Truth is that which is, it does not relates to propositions, and it is concrete.
Exemple :
You were born several years ago, and you still live because you are still breathing.
The sun will raise this morning and set tonight.

This is right for anyone reading this.
Edit : It is also right for everyone not reading this.

A claim of a true statement is a proposition.

That which is... is that which is. Truth/life can not be wrong --> it is not a proposition (or my english is too bad to understand what you mean with proposition).
The fact that you are breathing is not a proposition, it is truth you can check with your rational mind : If you stop breathing, you will not be able to answer this post, because your body will die... this is universal truth.
If you think you can live without breathing you are not rational.
It goes same way with eating, drinking and sleeping.
Check for yourself and try to stop eating/drinking and sleeping during a week, if you believe I am wrong.

Yes, "true" is the value assigned to the proposition "you are breathing" which makes it "truth".

Well, you like to play with words it seems... my point is : truth is truth for everyone, even though we all have a different perception of truth and life.
The sun will rise and set for everyone keeping breathing, even if it is not on same time.
