I watched it without looking at any commentary besides this forum, which is heavily weighted towards Trump supporters and against Harris.

I thought she definitely won, but I don't know how much it matters. Trump looked like a complete idiot as we got further into the debate but that's who the guy is and I think voters know that. Maybe a reminder is good for Kamala?

Definitely a good debate for Kamala though. If she did bad the election's probably over, she did well so we're still in this thing.

Edit - Also I think there's some clippable moments from Trump that will be useful for Kamala's team to post on tiktok and such. He said some weird shit. He's the old guy who believes everything he sees from right-wing Facebook accounts.


I've read your posts but i'm still not certain about the following:

Do you feel more/less confident in Kamala's positions than you were prior to the debate?

I'm not asking whether it matters, simply if you feel her promises have value (Trump's shortcommings overshadowing Kamala's policies).

So.. Harris has been being handled and trained by acting professionals at least two weeks prior to this debate.

Even in a moment she is suppose to authentic, It was as scripted and fake as it could have possibly been.

She did not seem genuine, it was like she was rehearsing her script she had been practicing.

a text book example: The old, Look directly into the camera to make the viewer feel connected psychological trickery.

Here's how I think about it: Kamala has an interest in doing what she says she will do. The bipartisan border bill is in her interest to pass, because it would improve things. That's why Trump opposed it, because the border getting better is not in his interest.

That's simply not true and if you believe that you're short selling yourself.

1. a strong border with security benefits trump, not just for appearances but it reduces issues domestically.
2. Harris is welcoming the entire third world into America via the southern border.
3. Harris believes Americans should pay for Illegal Immigrants health care, education, housing, etc
4. A strong border does not put you out of business, it opens different opportunities.
