Unfortunately I'm Canadian. I just really like American politics.
Americans are never giving up their guns. They really will die on the "shall not be infringed" hill. There's simply too many of them.
Will they ever use them to protect their rights? So far the answer would appear to be no.
Being heavily armed has worked pretty well for us in Canada. Then again I'm in Western Canada where pretty much all of us are armed, maybe not the same in Eastern Canada. Trudeaup and the liberals have been threatening "mandatory buybacks" and door to door gun confiscations for years, and they won't do it for one simple reason - a couple of cops knocking on your door are incredibly easy to ambush with the very weapons they're coming to steal, and no cop is stupid enough to willingly put themselves in that position. They would have to do nighttime Gestapo raids to even have a chance, and they simply don't have the will or manpower to do that. And that's in Canada here where alot of people are simply too stupid or lazy to exercise their rights and obtain a gun license and arm themselves.
The British nationals played themselves hard by their own delusion that they don't need guns. They
deserve to be ruled as tongueless and teethless slaves, they
asked for it willingly and continue to laugh at Americans for their love of guns. Still too foolish to understand why an armed populace is a necessity.
