That's an over the top example. During breaks I often eat a bread roll with mozarella, tomato pieces, one chilli pepper and some leaves of salad. Cheap, fast and effective

Whenever I crave sweets I eat an apple. They're also cheap compared to garbage sweets. I buy redcurrant for 2.99€ as my go to berries. One package is enough for whole week. Best of all, I rarely cook that way.
It's actually pretty easy not to eat too processed food, takes some discipline at the start then becomes a routine. Eggs are also great in multiple ways.
