- EITHER you argue that "international law does not exist", and therefore crimea is russia now - but that would make any declaration of an "exclusion zone" moot, since no other country would have to honour it when international law doesn't mean shit.
- OR you acknowledge that there are frameworks of international conduct and relations which allow nations to establish such zones - but then you'd have to concede that crimea is illegally occupied according to the UN, meaning russia can't legally declare an "exclusion zone".
