and you think what you just offered is a "high IQ " response
The bible is a collection of 66 books written over a period of approximately 1400-1500 years in 3 different languages across 3 continents by over 40 different authors from every walk of life (from a kings throne to prison cell). Most of whom never knew each other and many of which died a horrible death rather than deny their faith. With no historical errors or contradictions, coming together in one single unified harmonious message.
The creation, fall and redemption
Gods universal love for all humanity
A common message of salvation is available to all who repent of their sins and commit to following God with all their heart, soul, strength and mind.
Keep up the good work!, though i might disagree w/ regard to contradictions because even the bible is subject to infiltration:
ex: god as a "roaring lion" satan as a "roaring lion", etc.
"I will go after the Lord: he shall utter his voice
as a lion: for he shall roar""Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary the devil walketh about as a
roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour."
although the symbolic implication is that satan pretends to be god hence the fitting conundrum, but topically speaking bible has some poor word choices which
can enable confusion/anger even in faithful people. Personally, i would have used "roaring" vs "ravenous", or roaring vs raging, or singing vs roaring, etc.
TLR the bible or book is imperfect, the spirit that inspired it is perfect.Safe to say much of the moral message of the bible is well put but there are unfortunate issues with some details if not the edits by people who are not/were seemingly not of christ.
