I don't doubt he'd consider running again but it would be against an incumbent which is a gamble he'd probably not take. He'd also be 74. Supposing Hillary wins in 2016 and the economy starts picking up speed (neither are terribly unlikely) he wouldn't get nearly as much traction as he is right now. HRC is sort of the McDonald's of politics right now and she'd just pick up where Obama left off.
